About Foundations San Francisco
Foundations San Francisco provides highly individualized, confidential treatment to help our patients in their recovery. Our master’s-level therapists offer DBT, CBT and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. We also recognize the importance of treating the whole person. That’s why our program also includes holistic offerings like yoga, meditation, acupuncture and massage to aid recovery.
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is held in a beautiful, quiet, and unassuming building located on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. Everything for our IOP takes place in the same building: process groups, individual sessions, and holistic offerings, such as yoga, acupuncture and massage therapy. You can experience all of this while surrounded by calming views of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
