About West Hills Hospital
West Hills Hospital is a 95-bed acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Reno, Nevada, specializing in behavioral healthcare and substance abuse treatment for adolescents, adults and seniors, suffering from one or more of the following disorders:
- Affective disorders, bipoloar disorders, schizophrenia
- Substance abuse: alcohol and drug dependency
- Sexual, physical, and emotional abuse
- Severe psychosocial and psychosomatic problems
- Depression, suicidal tendencies, anxiety disorders
We specialize in inpatient hospitalization, drug & alcohol detox and rehabilitation, and provide intensive outpatient treatment for mental health and substance abuse.
The inpatient programs serve children and adolescents, ages 4 to 17, and adults 18 and above. West Hills Hospital also offers adult intensive outpatient programs for mental health and chemical dependency which run four days a week, three hours per day.
Our facility maintains a full-time medical staff of psychiatrists to oversee programs, patients and care. This ensures you or your loved one will always be in the hands of a professional medical service provider and will receive the most evidence-based care available.
