Our Culture

It’s a team effort.

Our first-class leaders and employees build teams, foster trust and inspire one another. We hold each other accountable and deliver on objectives. And we look forward with great optimism to continued success in the years ahead.

Our Service Excellence

At UHS, our Culture is Service Excellence. It means providing world-class service that is professional, timely, effective, and efficient to all of our customers at all times. It is built firmly upon the foundation of our company mission, vision, and principles. It is how we approach every interaction—every day, all the time.

All employees participate in Service Excellence training. During a two-hour session, new teammates learn what Service Excellence means at UHS and develop an individual action plan, which is mutually shared and maintained with employees and their managers.
